Abarataba costes pero requer\u00eda un medio de transporte. Asi surgi\u00f3 la <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color:#800000;\"><span style=\"font-size:small;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\"><i><b>idea del ferrocarril. <\/b><\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-size:small;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">El ingeniero <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color:#7e0021;\"><span style=\"font-size:small;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\"><i><b>C\u00e9sar Blanco <\/b><\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-size:small;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">present\u00f3 en 1.930 un proyecto que un\u00eda dos canteras <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-size:small;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\"><i>(del Arroyo de la Virgen, <\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-size:small;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\"><i>y de Tamaj\u00f3n)<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-size:small;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\"> con la presa. Presentaba dos tramos, con ancho de via 60 cms. <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-size:small;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\"><i>Uno desde la obra a la margen <\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-size:small;\"><i>derecha del arroyo la Virgen y el otro desde aqu\u00ed hasta la cantera de Tamaj\u00f3n.<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-size:small;\">En el informe sobre los avances de obra en el periodo 1.929-31, <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color:#800000;\"><span style=\"font-size:small;\"><i><b>(comienzo real de la construcci\u00f3n de El <\/b><\/i><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color:#800000;\"><span style=\"font-size:small;\"><i><b>Vado), <\/b><\/i><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-size:small;\">figuran: <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-size:small;\"><i>1 locomotora di\u00e9sel de 16 CV, 1.282 mts lineales de v\u00eda montada de 10 kgs\/m y 825 mts <\/i><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-size:small;\"><i>lineales de 7 kg\/m, 2 cambios de v\u00eda para carril de 10 kg\/m, 1 cambio de v\u00eda para carril 7 kg\/m, 4 placas <\/i><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-size:small;\"><i>giratorias carril 10 kg\/m, 18 vagonetas basculantes met\u00e1licas de \u00be mts de volumen y 15 vagonetas de1 m3.<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_21567\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-21567\" style=\"width: 300px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><a href=\"https:\/\/laveredadepuebla.files.wordpress.com\/2019\/07\/190807-camino-servicio-vado-1910-2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-21567 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.sierranortedeguadalajara.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/190807-camino-servicio-vado-1910-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"207\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-21567\" class=\"wp-caption-text\"><em><strong>Cortes\u00eda Canal de Isabel II<\/strong><\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-size:small;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">La Junta de Obras se disolvi\u00f3 a finales de 1.931 y se nombr\u00f3 responsable al ingeniero <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color:#7e0021;\"><span style=\"font-size:small;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\"><i><b>Antonio Pizarro<\/b><\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color:#7e0021;\"><span style=\"font-size:small;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">,<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-size:small;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\"> que <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-size:small;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">orden\u00f3 elaborar un <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color:#800000;\"><span style=\"font-size:small;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\"><i><b>proyecto reformado de El Vado<\/b><\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-size:small;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">, que estaba listo en 1.933. Con el nuevo proyecto <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-size:small;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\"><i>(que <\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-size:small;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\"><i>preve\u00eda mayor altura para la presa y el aliviadero),<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-size:small;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\"> las <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-size:small;\">necesidades de grava se incrementaron en casi <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-size:small;\">200.00 mts c\u00fabicos, que vendr\u00edan de<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color:#800000;\"><span style=\"font-size:small;\"><i><b> las canteras de Tamaj\u00f3n.<\/b><\/i><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-size:small;\">Instalado el primer tramo del ferrocarril aprobado en 1931, desde la obra al Arroyo de la Virgen, era preciso <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-size:small;\">elaborar un nuevo proyecto, que partiendo del primero, permitiera el transporte de la caliza desde las <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-size:small;\">canteras de Tamaj\u00f3n hasta la presa. Proyecto que se encarg\u00f3 <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color:#7e0021;\"><span style=\"font-size:small;\"><i><b>al ingeniero Jos\u00e9 Salmer\u00f3n<\/b><\/i><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-size:small;\">.
